Consultations are booked online via the booking platform.Consultation is confirmed once payment is received and confirmation text and email is received. Without this, you have not booked a consultation appointment.
Appointments are confirmed as ‘booked’ once an online booking is placed, and a deposit or full payment is received. Without a confirmation and reminder text and email from the online booking platform, your appointment will not be on the calendar, and you will therefore not have a booked appointment. Verbal appointment enquiry requests/ ‘self-bookings’ are NOT confirmation of booking.
Deposits are deducted from the total of the service. E.g. service cost = £70, deposit = £10, remaining balance = £60. Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment will result in your deposit not being refunded.
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before appointment date. E.g. If your appointment is on Saturday, you must cancel or reschedule before or by Thursday. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling must be made by 8pm of each day. After this, phone lines are closed until the next morning at 8am.
Refunds are not given on started and completed services.In the event that you are not satisfied with the service provided, please do get into contact within 5 days of your service via phone, email as provided on the website. The salon manager will discuss your concerns with you and come to an appropriate outcome.
